At Lumora Living LLC, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This policy explains when returns and refunds are accepted, how to request them, and how refunds are processed.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Include original packaging, accessories, and documentation

We do not charge restocking fees.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

Change of Mind

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
  • Item must meet all return conditions listed above

Wrong Item Received

Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will cover return shipping costs
  • A replacement or full refund will be offered

Damaged in Transit

Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging are required
  • We will cover return shipping costs
  • A replacement or full refund will be offered

Defective or Faulty Product

Must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • Photos or videos showing the issue are required
  • We will cover return shipping costs
  • A replacement or full refund will be offered

Item Not Received

Claims must be submitted within 10 days after the maximum estimated delivery date.

  • We will investigate the shipment with the carrier
  • If the package is confirmed lost, you may choose either:
    • A replacement, or
    • A full refund

3. Order Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly and cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Once your return is received and inspected, or a claim is approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Products sealed for hygiene or safety reasons once opened
  • Gift cards

We do not offer direct exchanges.
